In doing so, we do not subject ourselves to short-lived trends: Our plant in China has existed since 1999 and, with its growing workforce, guarantees process stability.

A wide variety of plugs and connector systems, a variety of lines and cables, standard lines with small diameters through to cables with special configurations in terms of length, diameter, insulation, materials and protection class requirements can be efficiently processed on our machines and guarantee you an optimal one procurement process. Coax Connectors

We supply markets worldwide with our extensive range of coaxial high-frequency connectors. Independent of applications. With us you will find: M2M, IoT/IIoT, Low-PIM, Small-Cell, antenna connectors with different locking techniques and also board-to-board connectors.

High-Speed Data Connectors

HSD, the newly developed MCA series and also the HTP High Speed Twisted Pair series from IMS CS. They all have the highest data speed of up to 20 Gbit/s and a frequency range of up to 15 GHz. Autonomous driving is thus becoming a reality. All this in compliance with the highest requirements of the automotive industry.

Our possibilities are as wide as your imagination: Our range includes customer-specific precision connectors and cable assembly solutions made of high frequency, high voltage, high current and magnet-free interface solutions as well as cable assembly solutions in high and low frequency technology.

Adapter

RF coaxial adapters are used to change from one coaxial connector to another connector. The bandwidth of our offer goes from 50 ohms to Quick Lock snap-in connectors to 75 ohm coaxial connector adapters.

Cable Assemblies

All from a single source! From prototyping to pre-series to series production.
We assemble small, medium and large series for a wide variety of sectors from industry, telecommunications, automotive, medical technology and others. A large selection of coaxial HF cable assemblies as well as a wide range of stranded wires, cables and cable harness assemblies are available for your individual needs.

Coax Inserts

Coaxial inserts that are suitable for use in mixed strips according to DIN41612 or DIN 43355. Can be used with all common standard, flexible or hard-sheathed cables and also for circuit board assembly. The contacts can be installed and removed (separate tool required).

High Power Inserts

High voltage inserts are sliding connections suitable for use in D-Sub and DIN 41612 mixed strips. They can be used up to 2.8 KV. The contacts can be installed and removed (separate tool required)

RF-Switch

The HF miniature switches from IMS CS are powerful, compact and easy to use. Outstanding centering properties, innovative locking mechanisms, space-saving, robust design and excellent electrical values in applications up to 6 GHz.

M2M Accessories

Cable assemblies with miniaturized Hirose, muRata and I-PEX connectors specially developed for Hirose U.FL, Hirose H.FL, muRata GSC and I-PEX MHF coaxial connectors for use as antenna connectors in GPS and GSM radio modules and many other applications available in which Cable connections must be accommodated in the smallest space.

Cable feed-throughs

Printed circuit board cable connectors allow the cable to be contacted directly on the printed circuit board by soldering or crimping.
Cable glands allow the cable to be routed through and secured to an equipment chassis with a bolted ground connection.
Printed circuit board cable connections and cable bushings are available for all common cables - flexible or solid sheath.

Tools

In addition to crimping pliers with or without inserts and ejection tools for inserts in D-Sub and DIN mixed strips, we also offer various press-in tools for end caps on angle plugs of the DIN coax inserts.

Instrumentation, Test & Measurement Equipment

We offer high-quality HF components, including coax test leads, for example for network analyzers. HF adapters (e.g. N to SMA or BNC to N etc.) and test cables (e.g. N-type) as well as cable bushings are also available.
