As a young engineer at VZPSV, I was already optimising production processes during the time of the Soviet Union and demonstrated a new trend whereby the works, which had previously only specialised in the production of injection moulded sanitary devices, could also begin producing garden equipment and I successfully expanded this business field. After the Soviet Union collapsed, I used my large local network and brought together service units from the most varied of disciplines as an independent company, and could therefore act as a general contractor instead of merely covering partial areas. The service idea and my network are also largely responsible for the success of IMS Connector Systems in Ukraine, from the founding of the company, through the selection and renovation of production sites, to construction of the first production lines and implementation of new production processes. The company is certified according to ISO 9001 and follows LEAN principles, whereby it focuses on the production of high-frequency plug connectors, coaxial cables and assembly parts for electric motors.
